Today was the first day of the 30 day squat challenge. My thought...so far so good. I think when I got to squat 40 I started feeling the pain. But I know if I want to see some results I need to put in the work. I gained all 15lbs back that I lost but funny enough I am still in a size 10. I don't know, maybe I was in a size 10 all along and just didn't realize it. Today was the first day and I didn't have anything bad to say about this challenge...I will keep you posted on my journey to 250 squats.
