Time flies when you having fun!

Cheers!!!! Time really flies when you are having fun :-)!!! Its only been 90 days but man oh man its been a great 90 days.  Why am I so excited you might ask...hummmmmm  I think I am still trying to comprehend its only been 90 days so I will share in future months...hehe.

I have been having lots of fun...experiencing new people, places and things...That picture above is me back at Sipnstrokes!!! I love the experience that I have when I go there :-)!!!

Thanksgiving Braidout

I'm feeling myself today!!! I had a perfect braidout today!!! Woot Woot!!!

What a difference a little color makes.

Its funny how you don't see the changes about yourself.  I guess because I see myself every year...I don't notice the subtle changes.  The picture on the left I took at the end of September and the picture on the right I took in November.  My hair has grown and also with the color I look totally different.  I am enjoying my flat two strand braid out..its starting to grow on my and be one of my favorite styles.

Sips and Strokes

 

When I saw this picture out on the Sipnstrokes website...I said to myself I have got to paint that picture. I want to put this picture in my bedroom.  My first experience there was great so I just knew this time was going to be even better.  A friend of mine and I went and after halfway through I was thinking I should have chosen something less difficult.  Check out the results below:

 

My picture is on the right and his is on the left...I think mine looks more like the photo, but his is pretty interesting too.  LOL!! Of course I think mine is better!!!

Two-Strand Braid out...

I decided to re-visit the two strand braid.  It seems to get better and better each time I do it. 

The braids don't look great at all but I like the outcome.

My color looks great :-)

Finished looked...I love my hair and the product I used did not weigh it down.

Taste of Atlanta



The Taste of Atlanta is finally here!!!  I was so excited!!! I have been to the Taste of Chicago so I figured that this would be something almost like it without the stars performing.  And it was everything I thought it would be.  I plan to go again next year...but this time I will purchase the VIP tickets...

Self Development

 

My books came in the mail today...I am so excited. I have always felt like I was working on me, but realized I was only working on my spiritual side....I needed to work on my mind as well.  Being in this business has helped me to see that I need to change my thinking if I am to succeed.  This month we are reading Think and Grow Rich.  I will post my thoughts soon.
