Two Stand Flat Twist braided to the back

 

 

 

Okay so I two strand flat twist my hair to the back using twist and lock gel mixed with coconut oil and olive oil.  I like the way my hair looked..it was very fluffy!  This will be another style to add to my hairstyle collection.. I just need to figure out what to put on the ends so my hair wont be fuzzy.  You know I will figure it out.

This is me getting ready to hang out with my girls..I am feeling great because I have a perfect twist out...lol  I am upset however because its been a few weeks since I took this picture and I cant remember what I used to twist my hair with..lol   Don't you hate when that happen?  I have so many products at home that I don't have a clue which one it could be...Next time...I will remember to write it down..

Interpret this text

I received a text that was very interesting. Here is how it goes:

Him: what are you doing this weekend?
Me: I havent decided yet.
Him: Let me know soon. Looking for a date. You are my first choice. If you are out, then I will flex.

Say what now??  Really??  Modern technology bothers me so much.  I mean what happended to men calling you and asking you out on a date.  Nope not in the 21st century.  They just want to text you, and sometimes things get lost in translation.  How do I interpret it.  He wants me to make a fast decision about something with no explanation of what the event it.  Then the statement "You are my first choice" ---whoaaaaaa WTH?  Really Dude???  Let me just say no woman wants to hear that she is your first choice, as if you have a few more choices.   Maybe he wanted me to know what he has other options on the horizon.   This did not impress me at all. 

Needless to say I declined because I didnt want to hold him up from flexing. He told me oh no I meant flex as in flexible...REALLY?? Whatever. 

I would have been nice if he would have picked up the phone and ask me out on a date.  Instead he texted me a unclear message that I was left to interpret myself.

Dating life is rough... :-)

Stretching out my twist out...

I have been doing the twist out on my hair and I like it...but I think different parts are my hair are growing at different speeds so...to me it doesn't fall the way I want it to.  So I decided to do it a different way.  I asked my cousin to flat twist the front and then I could twist the back of my hair.  I wore my hair this way for about 3 days and then I twist the back out and wore for 3 days and then in the end I untwist and wore my hair all up in a puff.

I happy to say that I finally got into the curlbox system and was able to subscribe to the monthly subscription.  WOOT WOOT!!!  I know, you are probably saying didn't you have that already but no I had the curl kit.   I actually liked the curl kit but there since I signed up there has been problems after problems...and I have only been a member 5 months.  So I had been stalking the Curlbox website for a about two months trying to get in and this month I got in!!!
